Quick Tips
Sheet-pan crowding: Keep veggies in a single layer so they roast, not steam. Find the alternative instructions on the blog.
Air-fryer shake: Don’t skip—veggies char evenly, and shrimp avoid sticking.
Heat control: Jerk blends vary—taste yours; add brown sugar for sweeter heat or extra cayenne for fire.
Leftovers: Cool quickly, refrigerate in an airtight container 3 days; reheat shrimp gently in a skillet.
