Freeze the Watermelon:
Dice
the watermelon into 1-inch pieces, lay it out on the

with parchment paper, and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Add all ingredients to the
blender
, and blend on the lowest speed to high until the consistency of a slushy.

If it does not blend right away, add ¼ cup of cold water until it can blend smoothly.
