Easy and fast way to cook several vegetables with robust flavor in one shot. Vegetables included are broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, red bell pepper, and brussels sprouts.
Season Vegetables: Place the broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, and Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl.
Then add the dried oregano, dried rosemary, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, thyme, chili pepper flakes, ground paprika, salt, ground black pepper, and avocado oil.
Prepare Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit and see the cooking time for 8 minutes. You can use parchment paper for easy clean-up.
Cook in the Air Fryer: Pour and spread the vegetable mixture into the air fryer. Once done cooking, remove from the air fryer.
Finishing Touch: Place back in a clean large mixing bowl, add the lemon zest, and toss.
